TECHNIQUE FOR INNER WELL-BEING

Common Inquiries
Deepen your understanding of the Kriya path and the practical aspects of our global offerings.
What is Kriya Yoga and how does it differ from other practices?
Kriya is an ancient spiritual science that uses specific breathwork, meditation, and concentration techniques to accelerate spiritual growth. Unlike purely physical yoga, Kriya works directly with the life force (Prana) and the nervous system to achieve inner balance and self-realization.
Do I need prior experience with yoga or meditation to start?
Not at all. While familiarity with quiet contemplation can be helpful, Kriya for Living offers structured programs designed for all levels. Our 'Beginner’s Journey' provides a gentle yet profound introduction to the fundamental tools of breath and inner presence.
Are the programs available online, or do I need to travel?
We offer both live-streamed online sessions and immersive in-person retreats. Our digital sanctuary allows students from around the world to practice together in real-time, while our special events provide deeper communal experiences in tranquil physical settings.
How much time should I dedicate to daily practice?
Consistency is more important than duration. Starting with 20 minutes of dedicated practice each morning can create transformative shifts in your clarity and vitality. As you progress, you may choose to deepen your sessions according to your personal goals.
What kind of support is provided after a workshop or program?
We provide ongoing community access, follow-up Q&A sessions, and practice resources for all our registrants. Our philosophy is rooted in long-term inner wellbeing, ensuring you feel supported as you integrate Kriya into your modern life.
